Nourish- Mini Retreat 5/12

As women, we intuitively care for others, but often struggle with self-care. Self-care is anything that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. It’s easy to overlook, hence why we have to be deliberate about it! Self-care is essential for optimal health, positive moods, good sleep, reduced stress, and thriving relationships. We have to NOURISH to FLOURISH!

To help the women in our community flourish, we are offering this special 3-hour interactive self-care workshop. Nourish your mind, body and soul with a morning of gentle movement, uplifting aromatherapy, inspired discussion, relaxing meditation, and supportive connection with like-minded women!

Tickets are $30. Included with your ticket purchase is the 3-hour retreat, refreshments, and special gifts. This event is designed for women of all ages and abilities. Teenage girls are also welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and bring a yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today by visiting this link:
