Effective Treatment Strategies and Interventions
April 16, 2013 5:30PM to 7:30PM
Join us as we welcome guest speaker
Tracy Roulet, Psy.D., Postdoctoral Intern
from the Anxiety Treatment Center in Sacramento.
Dr. Roulet will be discussing with us questions such as: What is OCD and what are the causes? What are effective treatment strategies? How do I get treatment and find resources? Am I just being ultra neat and organized because I choose too? Or does it control my life?
Dr. Roulet first began working in the field as a residential counselor at a juvenile placement facility in 2000, followed by working with high risk children, teens, and adults as a therapist, school liaison, and behavioral service worker. In 2006 she also worked in the specialized field of eating disorders as a therapist at Casa Serena in Concord, California. Her areas of interest include anxiety spectrum disorders, eating disorders and body image. She has worked for several years at The Anxiety Treatment Center as a specialist in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Tracy works at the Intensive Outpatient Program as well as her own private practice. Her current focus includes Generalized Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Phobia, Panic Disorder, and Specific Phobias.
