Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Presentation February 19

We are very excited to be hosting Dr. Tracy Roulet, Psy.D. Postdoctoral Intern from the Anxiety Treament Center in Sacramento on Tuesday, February 19th 5:30PM at the Upcountry Community Center.

Dr. Roulet will be discussing with us questions such as:

What is OCD and what are the causes?

What are effective treatment strategies?

How do I get treatment and find resources?

Am I just being ultra neat and organized because I choose too?

Or does it control my life?

Dr. Roulet first began working in the field as a residential counselor at a juvenile placement facility in 2000, followed by working with high risk children, teens, and adults as a therapist, school liaison, and behavioral service worker. In 2006 she also worked in the specialized field of eating disorders as a therapist at Casa Serena in Concord, California. Her areas of interest include anxiety spectrum disorders, eating disorders and body image. She has worked for several years at The Anxiety Treatment Center as a specialist in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Tracy works at the Intensive Outpatient Program as well as her own private practice. Her current focus includes Generalized Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Phobia, Panic Disorder, and Specific Phobias.

Join us at 5PM for a potluck dinner. Free child care available for children ages 0-12 years. Please RSVP if you will need child care.
