I hope all is well. I want to apologize that I have to cancel tomorrow’s yoga classes. My little ones have been dealing with a cold & although I held out for a week with no signs, I have been sick since yesterday & I do not want to share this with anyone. I have attached a pdf with a flow of poses that you can do at home until we meet at the next class. Remember to listen to your body & hold each pose for at least 3 breathes or more if it feels good.
