Are you ready to take your life to the next level? Being a juicy woman means living from your heart, speaking your truth, and claiming your power in the world all while feeling vibrant and healthy. As a juicy woman and a health coach, my passion is to empower you to live the juiciness that already resides in you through food, nutrition and personal growth.
Through the 3 month Juicy Women’s Wellness Group Coaching Series you will get your juicy on while discovering the foods and lifestyle changes that will best support you in achieving better health, greater happiness and more balance in your life while making new connections with other women who share your same goals.
Food is nourishment for the body and the soul ~ when we eat good healthy nourishing and delicious foods we give our bodies permission to be vibrant and powerful allowing us to tap into our juiciness.
