Dear Friends, I’m sending this email to share some exciting news that many of you may already know about. For most of my life I have had an interest in nutrition and a crazy passion for food. I’ve always enjoyed sharing this knowledge with my friends and family. After leaving Harp Learning Institute back in January and Mike being diagnosed with cancer in March, I decided it was finally time to increase my nutrition knowledge and learn, in a formal professional training program, how to create my own career in the field I love most.
So in August I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City through their amazing distance program. I am not only learning to improve all areas of my life, I am also receiving very detailed and careful instruction on how to counsel others around food and lifestyle choices. It’s an exciting time!
I am beginning a new business ~ Kitchen Witch Coaching. I will be working with people who are ready to re-invent themselves, reach their health goals and create a powerful authentic life. I’ll accomplish this by supporting them with their food and lifestyle choices.
I’ll be inviting people to health consultations in the near future and I’ll be sending out my first newsletter this coming November full of healthy tips to help you create true health and happiness in your life.
