Master Gardeners of Amador County will be offering a class “Citrus & Nut Trees in the Foothills” on June 19th, 9am-Noon, at the Amador County GSA Building, 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson.
The class will cover what citrus and nut varieties do well in the foothills, the ones that are marginal, and the ones that are very difficult to grow. In addition we will discuss how to grow them and how to protect frost tender plants.
