Sophia’s Well of Wisdom
As May includes the annual celebration of Mothers, the theme for the Sunday morning classes for the month are about Sophia, Mother Wisdom. On May 2, Rev. Patsy Walker Fine and Marilyn Nutter will introduce the topic with Nutter discussing the history of Sophia within Jewish, Christian, and Gnostic traditions. Fine will introduce the divine feminine nature and mysteries associated with Sophia. The service begins at 10 a.m. and concludes at noon. The Thursday morning Spiritual Practice group meets at 9:30 with a body-based meditation followed by a World Healing meditation. A Peak at Astrology workshop with Rev.
